Hi, I'm Cortney Martinelli
Where Strategy Meets Soul.
Cortney Martinelli is a speaker, educator, and founder of SHINE, an experiential wellness and education center based in Ohio but sought after nationwide. Her work sits at the intersection of the nervous system, energy, and human behavior—exploring how individuals change, connect, and transform in real-world environments.
Over the past decade, Cortney has worked with thousands of individuals through immersive workshops, certifications, and group experiences—offering a rare, firsthand lens into how transformation unfolds beyond theory. Her work is grounded not only in study, but in observation, facilitation, and repetition at scale.
She is the creator of more than 20 certification programs in wellness and human development, and the developer of High Frequency Living, a framework that explores the role of energy, frequency, and awareness in personal transformation.
Prior to founding SHINE, Cortney spent 25 years in corporate leadership within a Fortune 100 company, specializing in employee engagement, education, and communication. This foundation informs her ability to translate complex, often intangible concepts into language that is both practical and accessible.
Cortney is also a best-selling author and has been recognized for her impact in community leadership, including being named Ohio’s runner-up in Nexstar’s Remarkable Women initiative.
Through her work at SHINE—hosting more than 250 workshops and trainings annually—she continues to explore how environment, group dynamics, and embodied practices influence healing, behavior, and human potential. Cortney is based in Ohio, with a national reach through her work at SHINE.
